Ogni venerd\u00ec i e le giovani cucinano al Centro giovanile di W\u00fcnnewil-Flamatt. Essi ed esse cercano ricette, scrivono liste della spesa e cucinano il pi\u00f9 autonomamente possibile. Ai pasti, gli altri e le altre giovani si possono iscrivere tramite WhatsApp, pagando 5 franchi. In media, ogni sera si iscrivono tra i 10 e i 20 giovani. Spesso, anche i e le partecipanti esterni si assumono delle responsabilit\u00e0 e partecipano attivamente; tuttavia, la maggioranza viene “solo” per mangiare.<\/p>\n

Questo progetto ha visto la creazione di un libro di cucina partecipativo al quale ogni giovane ha potuto contribuire, riproducendo le ricette, fotografando i pasti o mettendo a disposizione disegni propri. Come attivit\u00e0 comune, il libro di cucina ha certamente rafforzato la coesione del gruppo, ma ha pure animato serate di cucina molto ispirate, dopo la fine del progetto. La visita di un\u2019apicoltrice, un memory con termini di cucina e la scoperta di frutta e spezie esotiche hanno completato il progetto.<\/p>\n

L’obiettivo di coinvolgere passivamente il maggior numero possibile di giovani e di permettere loro di lavorare in modo indipendente si \u00e8 rivelato impegnativo. Le fasi di lavoro sono state molteplici e lunghe, per cui non di rado \u00e8 stata la figura professionale adulta ad assumersi il compito di scrivere le ricette, in consultazione con i e le giovani. Si \u00e8 comunque ottenuto un alto grado di partecipazione e autonomia nella scelta delle ricette e nella preparazione del cibo. I e le giovani hanno osato provare pietanze nuove, scoprendo piatti di culture diverse. Durante il pasto, si sono svolte molte conversazioni interessanti, permettendo ai e alle giovani di socializzare tra loro.<\/p>\n
